The Mechanical Engineering Department is considered as the heart and soul of the Institute. The strength of the Department is the highly qualified faculty that guides the students during the program. A Mechanical Engineer designs, operates, and maintains systems required for all that happens in an industry, whether in a power plant, space or nuclear establishment, steel plant, military establishment and automobile industry.
